The Chicago-based firm Modif. Architecture, established by Stephen Coughlin, NCARB, and Robert Avila, RA, LEED AP is a boutique architectural studio with a focus on the synthesis of art and architecture with respect to the built environment. Our studio is located in the Wicker Park neighborhood of Chicago which complements the firm’s utilitarian, yet modern style of architecture. The emphasis of the studio is to create a collaborative environment in which creativity and a passion for art and architecture can thrive. The environment engages all members of our design team which allows the experience and talent of each design team member to be exhibited.
